December 2025

Greetings from an extremely hot and dry Zimbabwe! It’s hot hot here and around 30c  throughout the days and seriously hot and sticky with loads of mosquitoes at night! We have had some rain in November but the farmers need much more for the crops to survive throughout the country and region. Please pray our God will bring relief to the many who are suffering in these days.

We have had a good year, all the children are healthy and well and maturing, everyone is on Christmas holidays and exams are finished for this year. Here are a few highlights to help you see how God has been answering your prayers.

Our 6 not so small girls, Esther, Sarah, Faith, Ruth, Hannah and Abigail finished their Form 1 at Maranatha HS we are delighted to say they all did very well and passed their exams with great results. Please pray God would continue to help them that they will be able to manage the work and pass their Cambridge Checkpoint exams mid year.

Joseph and Blessing did their Cambridge O levels in September and are eagerly awaiting results in January, we pray they did well.

Joseph is hoping to return to Maranatha HS to do Cambridge A levels and Blessing begins a Culinary Arts course not far from us in January as she doesn’t want to do A levels. Joseph has been working for a month with a friend installing solar systems and Hannah has been volunteering in a local Vets Practice and both have enjoyed their experiences and done very well praise God!

May God help them in  the next step of their life journeys, they are great young people.

Grace now enters her final year at high school in Upper sixth and sits her 3 A levels in July, please pray she will pass with good grades, she would love to study law and places are very hard to get but she says God is in control and she is trusting him Amen. She is a good studious and beautiful young lady with a sweet spirit.

Kuda has turned 18 years old now and is our miracle girl, having originally been told she would die after 6 days she is a testament to Gods grace and the love shown to her and care given by the Aunties and everyone at Jabulani, she just amazes us with her life!

We continue to enjoy great health and we have had a wonderful year, the Lord has blessed us all and used us to bring the Gospel to many in lots of countries. It has been my (Alan) busiest year ever with 47 flights and travel all over the world. Dorothy continues to run (but she can’t hide from me) and has entered another decade!

How we praise God for His continued love and mercy toward us.

It has been a difficult year also in some ways, many of you know that our girl Hope has left us at Jabulani and moved in with extended family and this has hit us hard. All we can do is pray that God will help and bless her and that the work we put in over the years will stand her in good stead in every situation she finds herself in. Please pray for Hope.

My mum passed away in October 21st and we are so grateful to God that we were with her in the last few days, she is with the Lord now Hallelujah. Thank you to everyone who has prayed for us, we are extremely grateful. to those friends who have given to us financially and in other ways. We are very thankful to God for you.

To those who continue to stand with us as we seek to see all our children through their school years up to 18 years old (another 5 years!) we praise God for you all!

May your Christmas be bright and full of God’s light and love.

May Gods  joy and peace  be yours in abundance and may 2026 be filled with success and life in all its fullness.

We love and appreciate you all very much.

Much love from Jabulani,

Alan and Dorothy
